Obstacles Fixed and Special Abilities

As stated in the last devlog, the obstacles need their own last for each type so that they can have specific functionality. This has been now completed for the two obstacles currently in the game. This can be seen working in the youtube video.

As for special abilities the base ship class has all the requirements from initialising the abilities and base functionality. From this the new ship classes can override these functions with more specific functionality. For example the podracer will now have double the base speed when the ability is activated and currently lasts for 30 seconds although that is most likely to change.

Only one of the 8 special abilities have been coded and work and I still need to come up with a few more as I want to make each ship as unique as possible and would like to not have to use an ability more than once.
